Who Are We?

February 2006 – officially launched from their Queen Street headquarters, Edinburgh. The company was created by the original management team for Castle Apartments on the Royal Mile, a small boutique-style apartment hotel which started trading in late 2002. Despite extending their property base to include more apartments along the Royal Mile, the management team realised that there was a need for quality apartment accommodation across Edinburgh. The Castle Apartment brand name could only extend so far and they were inspired to be Scotland’s largest serviced and self-catered accommodation solution provider.

January 2008 – Canning Street Mews is added to ScottishApartment.com’s expanding property portfolio. As of February 2008 the company manages 250 apartments across Edinburgh, ranging from historic city centre Royal Mile and elegant Charlotte Square properties to modern Newhaven Harbour apartments.

The company prides itself on its flexibility and dynamism and this gives us the ability to adjust to the changing requirements of our customers.
