Our New Town Apartments aim to offer guests the most cost effective accommodation solution in Edinburgh. All of the New Town Apartments have comfortable beds and you have the flexibility to choose between a studio or a one bedroom apartment.

All linen and towels are provided. New Town apartments have a private bathroom with powerful shower. The fully fitted kitchen includes utensils, toaster, stove, microwave and washing machine in some apartments. A welcome pack is also provided on arrival consisting of cereal, milk, tea and coffee.

Some of the New Town apartments have comfortable lounge areas and in some cases a futon bed is available to accommodate extra guests. Some of these serviced apartments are studio apartments with the living and sleeping areas combined. Complimentary WIFI internet is available in all apartments. Telephone, fax and safe are all available at our central office, this may incur additional charges.

Located deep within the North East of Edinburgh's New Town the New Town Apartments are within walking distance of Princes Street, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. The New Town Apartments are close to reliable and frequent bus routes into the City Centre and guests can take advantage of some fantastic bars and restaurants on nearby Broughton Street.
