Bushmen of Southern Africa is one of the foci of the 2008 Filmhouse event. An exhibition adds substance to the powerfully evocative bushmen documentaries.

Ostrich egg shell beads are associated with these groups, as an organic part of the environment as each other. Each bead is unique and as an art form is becoming evermore valued as it becomes rarer. Their makers' way of life is celebrated here and they are given a voice to represent themselves. Their creations should inspire you to want to find out more.
