Edinburgh Munch On - and Win!

All the nominations are in for the Scottish Restaurant Awards 2008. The race is on for the 15 awards, from best Italian restaurant to best rural restaurant of the year and best customer service.

Nominations for these tasty awards closed on 10 October. Now all the judges need to do is sample and rate the contestants. Shortlisting, site visits and judging sessions will result in a winner being decided in each category.

Does your workplace provide you with nibbles? You could have nominated them for the 'Healthy Workplace of the Year' award.

The results will be announced in a glittering awards ceremony on Tuesday 27th January 2009 at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery in Glasgow. Hot favourites include No.16 on Byres Road and Namaste in Edinburgh.
