Do you know someone who is 8 to 14-years-old with energy to spare? Get them to work off some of that youthful exuberance by participating in a Run-Bike-Run event around Edinburgh’s Holyrood Park. In previous years, contenders ran for 600 metres, cycled for 2 miles and ran another 600 metres. Free for on-the-day entries and spectators.
Kids will receive a goodie bag and can enter for free on the day. All they need is lots of enthusiasm and a bike helmet. Parents with hangovers do not need to take part in the adult’s version, the Hogmanay Bicycle Triathlon...
