Edinburgh Capitals: sole Scottish team in UK’s ice hockey highest level

EIHL, the Elite Ice Hockey League is where Edinburgh Capitals have been playing since the 2005 / 06 season. The team plays at the Murrayfield Ice Rink, near Murrayfield Rugby stadium. The Capitals began in 1998 and are a successor club to the famous Murrayfield Racers team. Why are we sponsoring the Capitals?

We compete against hotels (which is the main sector in the accommodation market). Our aim is to convert the public's way of thinking – stay in a serviced apartment and not in a hotel. We feel that the Edinburgh Capitals are also fighting a similar battle against sports like football, trying to convert the public to support ice hockey. We share the same determination, to fight and not to give up until we are number one.
